someone who trains their body with intent, structure, and progression to perform physical skills.
If you have a body, you already have an athlete inside you. This week is where you meet them.
The Athlete Awakening Retreat™ is a 7-day immersive training experience designed for people who already move — yoga, gym, running, calisthenics, pilates, surf, dance, etc. — but who haven’t yet stepped into their full athletic identity.
The purpose of the retreat
The purpose is simple: to awaken the athlete inside you physically, mentally, and emotionally. The retreat helps you reconnect with this identity through a structured progression:
Movement → Skill → Resilience → Play → Recovery → Identity Integration

You don’t need to be “advanced”, but you do need a body that’s used to training at least 2-3x/week (strength, yoga, running, dance, ...).

Discover Morocco like a local
I've been coming to the Taghazout area for over 4 years and I've been living there full-time for a year.
It’s not a place I “host retreats in”, it’s a place I’ve built a life in. I teach classes there, organise meet-ups, I am part of the local yoga, surf & business communities.
I know the rhythm of Taghazout & Tamraght, the places where locals actually go... During this retreat, you’ll experience what it feels like to live there:

Where you'll stay
A beautiful luxury riad with pool hidden in the heart of Tamraght, Morocco.
You’re welcome to come with friends/partner and share together, or to join as a solo traveller. This is a place for you to meet new people, connect & train together.

Once filled, prices automatically increase.

→ A 30% deposit secures your spot
→ The remaining balance is paid later

A typical day at the retreat
A typical day looks like:

Morning: movement session (handstands / flexibility / calisthenics)

Late morning: homemade buffet breakfast

Midday: life design workshop or free time

Afternoon: surf, chill or local side quest

Sunset: restorative sessions (yoga / breathwork / athlete visualisation)

Evening: Traditional moroccan dinner together
