Payment

Once you submit this form, I will reach out to you to confirm your room and send the RIB for the bank transfer. This process may take up to 24h, keep an eye out on your emails ;)

Pay 30% deposit

I understand that my spot won't be secured until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Insurance policy

More than 90 days before the retreat → 30% deposit is non-refundable
Between 90 and 60 days before the retreat → 50% of the total price is non-refundable
Less than 60 days before the retreat → 100% of the total price is non-refundable
- Exception only if you find an approved replacement at the same price and room option
If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser → Full refund (excluding flights)
