🤸A two-hour workshop to defy gravity and learn to bend without breaking. 🤔 What it actually is Movement Club is a two-hour workshop blending handstand work, mobility and movement. It's structured enough to actually progress, loose enough to have fun doing it. Built for beginners and intermediates who want to train their body without making it feel like punishment. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what your body can do and what to work on next. ☑️ What we'll cover 🤸 Handstand technique — building from the ground up, no ego, no rush 🧘 Mobility & flexibility — unlocking freedom towards splits & backbends 🛡️ Injury prevention — so you can keep training for years, not weeks 🫵 Who it's for People who want to move better without taking themselves too seriously. Total beginners welcome. Intermediates who feel stuck and want fresh eyes on their practice also welcome. You don't need to touch your toes or hold a handstand to come. Come alone (most people do). Come with a friend.
