Located on the US East Coast, in Florida, Miami is the spot where the sun always shines, the Latin vibes are electrifying, and where adventure, culture, and partying meet on every street corner - a city that never sleeps and always has you dreaming!

Join me on this intense 4-Day Weekend Miami Spring Break, from March 16th to March 20th 2019.

Top activities for a 4-Day Miami Spring Break Weekend 🇺🇸

💡 Miami has a vibrant nightlife, but like many places in the US, many nightclubs close at 2am

Day 1 - South Beach & Ocean Drive

I chose to stay in a hostel in South Beach (SOBE hostel) to be as close to the ocean as possible. So, I started the trip by exploring the iconic South Beach neighbourhood, from Lincoln Road to Lummus Park, passing through Flamingo Park, for me SoBe has the best vibe in Miami!

Day 2 - beach day at South Pointe

Did you know that Miami Beach is an artificial island? It was a mangrove swamp before being transformed into a famous tourist destination known for its Art Deco hotels and colourful lifeguard huts.

While strolling on the beach, you can see about thirty of them, each with its own identity 🎨.

Day 3 - Little Havana & Wynwood Walls

It is impossible to visit Miami without making a detour to Little Havana, the heart of the city's Cuban community. Walking along Calle Ocho, you will be transported by the ever-present salsa rhythm in the neighbourhood. 💃🏻

Next, I'm off to explore the Wynwood district, located 15 minutes by car from Little Havana. Here, each wall is a work of art. The street art murals are huge, vibrant, or provocative. Wynwood is also known for its craft breweries, art galleries, and trendy restaurants. 🔥

Day 4 - trip to the Everglades

The Everglades are a vast expanse of marshes and tropical forests. One of the best ways to explore the Everglades is by airboat. These boats, designed to navigate in shallow waters, glide at high speed over the marshes, giving you the chance to see the wildlife up close: alligators, turtles and much more!

4 days is a bit short to enjoy all that Miami has to offer! For example, the Keys, a chain of paradise islands, is also a must-see during a stay in Miami 🏝️ I guess I'll have to go back!
